A tavern that serves freshly cooked food made with local ingredients and wine that has been thoughtfully paired. There is something for everyone among the many alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available—a fairly equalitarian setting for your celebration with friends, family, kids, and four-legged companions. Red Lion caters to all dietary needs and requirements. Veg lovers are not an afterthought for us at all.
We are currently open five days a week, from Wednesday to Sunday. We pride ourselves on being a child-friendly and dog-friendly pub; we have great joy in saying we always have local ales and beer on tap, and our regulars have very well received them. We accommodate walking groups, and muddy boots are always welcome.
